Description: - workaround for PHP <= 4.0.6 fopen bug, attempts to retrieve page title from a URL with no trailing '/' causes Apache to hang

- additional URL prefixes ftp://, nntp://, and https:// are now allowed

- global bookmarks folder, see README for details ***NOTE*** There is a type in the README file, regarding the global bookmarks file. I mistyped the name of the file. Instead of 'global.bookmarks', it should read 'global.bookmark'. I'll correct this in the next revision, it's not worth a whole new package just for this.

• Untarring problems: Your browser might have un-gzipped it for you automatically. Try just "tar xvf" instead of "tar xvfz". Also, the plugins archive isn't gzipped (it is a tarball of .tar.gz files)
• Macintosh users: Just hold down your mouse button to get the menu instead of right-clicking.
