This plugin enables the viewing of S/MIME signed messages (those that are sent in the "multipart/signed" mime format). The user is able to verify the message, the sender's certificate, and can view and download the certificate.

  • Updated ca-bundle.crt (its location has also been changed, so if you use the $easycerts configuration setting, you will need to update it - see the example configuration file)

Description: Ant�nio Vasconcelos provided some very, very sensible improvements and fixes, which make this plugin work with the latest SM version of the 1.2 series. The changes in this release are 99.99% his work. Thanks!

Press "d" on the link to download the file directly.
  • Untarring problems: Your browser might have un-gzipped it for you automatically. Try just "tar xvf" instead of "tar xvfz". Also, the plugins archive isn't gzipped (it is a tarball of .tar.gz files)
  • Macintosh users: Just hold down your mouse button to get the menu instead of right-clicking.
