Plugins - Email Footer
Category: Miscellaneous

This plugin automatically appends a custom footer onto the end of messages sent using SquirrelMail. If you have the "HTML Mail" plugin installed, you can also specify a HTML-formatted version of the footer for users who send their email in HTML. You may also specify the email footer text on a per-domain, per-IMAP server, or per-user basis using the Login Manager or Multilogin plugins.

  • Updated and cleaned up code; ensured compatibility with SquirrelMail 1.5.2

by Paul Lesniewski on Oct 1, 2003

Requires: SquirrelMail 1.4.2

  • Updated to work with SquirrelMail 1.4.2

  • Updated for compatibility with new faster plugin design.
  • Updated for SquirrelMail version reporting API.
  • Moved message configuration to separate file that will not be overwritten by subsequent plugin upgrades.

  • Untarring problems: Your browser might have un-gzipped it for you automatically. Try just "tar xvf" instead of "tar xvfz". Also, the plugins archive isn't gzipped (it is a tarball of .tar.gz files)
  • Macintosh users: Just hold down your mouse button to get the menu instead of right-clicking.
