Allows admins to block any file with a certain file extension from being downloaded.

Description:
Please give me feedback on the virus scanning
I will be adding alot more signatures soon, but I do not plan to check for all viruses, only major Mass Mailing viruses (php is slow)


* A few small fixes
* Simple virus scanning ability (will expand later)
* Will scan common executables and not allow to be downloaded if they contain a known Mass Mailing virus (25+ so far)
* Displays the virus name where the Download link used to be
* Can be enabled or disabled easily, excluded users will see the virus name, but still be able to download it

* A warning is displayed when the user tries to download
* The admin can decide whether the user can still download the attachment anyways after the warning
* Supports faster plugin loading module
* Supports plugin versioning module

Internet Explorer
Right-click on the file, then select "Save Target As"
Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape
Right-click on the file, then select "Save Link As"
Opera
Right-click on the file, then select "Save Link Document As"
Lynx and Links
Press "d" on the link to download the file directly.
  • Untarring problems: Your browser might have un-gzipped it for you automatically. Try just "tar xvf" instead of "tar xvfz". Also, the plugins archive isn't gzipped (it is a tarball of .tar.gz files)
  • Macintosh users: Just hold down your mouse button to get the menu instead of right-clicking.
  • If all else fails, seek our help
