startup_folder -- Version 1.0.2
By Scott Heavner <sdh@po.cwru.edu>

Description
===========
Allows the user to change the mail folder displayed on startup.
Useful if you don't really care what's in your INBOX because
procmail already got ahold of it.

Usage
=====
Adds a new option to the 'Folder Preferences' page where the
'Folder Displayed on Login' can be changed. This option will
be used whenever the mailbox form data parameter is unset.

To Do
=====

1. Get someone to cleanup functions/mailbox_display.php in the
   squirelmail 1.4 release. Its test for mailbox defined and
   the way it adds it back are quite bogus.
2. Suggestions welcome.
